Geneva Friends
Over 2,000 households delivered during Covid-19
In 2020, faced with the urgency of the Covid-19 crisis and the announcement of the first lockdown, Hop decided to take action launching, in just 48 hours, Geneva Friends to support vulnerable and isolated individuals.
Thanks to a dedicated network of volunteers — the "Friendies" — we delivered essential goods to over 2,000 households.

Let's Hop(e) Together
Over 200 stores used our delivery service with 0 fees
Concerned about the economic impact on local businesses, we partnered with Banque Privée Eric Sturdza to launch Let’s Hop(e) Together —
a support program for Geneva’s merchants during the critical holiday season at the height of the Covid-19 crisis.
Thanks to this partnership, participating businesses were able to access Hop’s tools and deliver to their customers for free, using the Hopper ( professional couriers) network.
